PS4 and PS5 owners * Inside this year, a further exclusive game must delete from their list: as the well-known journalist and industry insider Jason Schreier is now writing on Bloomberg, the release of Horizon Forbidden West supposedly shifts a few months.
What is the alleged new release period of Horizon Forbidden West?
Originally, Aloys should start second adventure in this Christmas season. As Bloomberg reports, the game should now appear in the first quarter 2022 for PS4 and PS5. Yells have experienced this from an anonymous source.
A few hours earlier, Jeff Grubb, another well-known industry insider, has also spoken of a shift from Horizon 2 in its weekly Newsshow on Giantbomb (via GamesRadar).
What to keep from the rumor? The former Kotaku Journalist Jason Schreier is known for its insider reports and has already set several announcements and shifts correctly in the past. Of course, this is not a guarantee that he is right this time. But that not only screens, but also with Jeff Grubb brings another insider to a shift of the Open World Adventure into the game, makes the whole thing more likely.
Officially confirmed Sony has not the alleged shift from Horizon Forbidden West. We must therefore consider his details as a rumor. Jeff Grubb has asked Sony and asked for a statement.
And because it's so beautiful (and now maybe a little hurting), you can see the gameplay walkthrough here again the Gameplay Walkthrough to the Horizon Zero Dawn successor:
It's about the successor to Horizon Zero Dawn
In Forbidden West, Aloy attracts to the West of the United States, where she has to free the post-postalypal Open World all-around San Francisco from a new threat. Again armed with arrow and bow, the young hunter moves again in the fight against dangerous mechanical engineering.
All new information about Forbidden West can be found detailed here:
- Scope and world map
- Improvements compared to Zero Dawn
- All new machines at a glance
At a playful level, we expect many promising innovations: As part of the mission shown in the above gameplay trailer, we get both new opponents to see weapons as well as skills of Aloy. The young woman can not only dive now, but has also released a lot in terms of traversal - and obviously orientes itself to Zelda Breath of the Wild. With a kind of holo sail (shield wing), Aloy can now be gently sailed to the ground from elevated platforms.
