Ein is definitely in the show and yes it is part of the team. As always, there was something we had to tell from each of the characters. What is the soul of these characters? We work with Ein.
NEMEC also insinuated that EIN will have a different personality in the Live-Action that in the anime, although he did not want to disclose many details about spoilers. Luckily, we will no longer have to wait a long time to see how this new adaptation had.
